Enjoy the pictures of Britney spending time with the boys yesterday afternoon (October 23). Check it out.......

Britney Spears was spotted today while she made her way to her first co-parenting class along with her ex husband Kevin Federline and was photographed with a bottle of pills in her handbag. She must carry around a bottle of Provigil, a prescription drug used to treat excessive daytime sleepiness and narcolepsy as she has so much trouble staying awake in daytime.

“Unlike a traditional stimulant with side effects such as hyperactivity and inattentiveness, the primary effect of this medication is only to help keep you from falling asleep. Somebody who is living a celebrity lifestyle, who frequently has to be up very early one day and then very late the next, could develop very disordered sleep patterns. This medication won’t give you a ‘high,’ like a stimulant would.”, Dr. Mark Milstein, a New York neurologist told.
Here’s a suggestion Britney. Instead of going out to a club, stay home take an Ambien and then get up and face the day like the rest of us do.
Following the full album leak in recent week, Jive Records and MTV Networks' Music & Logo Group have decided to stream Britney Spears' 'Blackout' exclusively via The Leak on MTV.com, VH1.com and LOGOonline.com.
Britney Spears' friends have begged her fans to not buy her latest album until she turns her life around.
The unnamed pals have set up their own group, Be Proactive to Help, to urge the public to boycott the troubled star's new LP 'Blackout'.
They said: "Let them know you'll buy her album, but not until she is clean and sober and realises the amazing life she has created for herself.
Britney has seen her life spiral out of control since splitting from ex-husband Kevin Federline last November. She has been lambasted for her excessive partying, drinking and drug taking.
Spears felt some relief after she recently won back her right to visit her sons Sean and Jayden and it lasted for no longer. Yes, Spears' chances of getting her kids back took another blow when the court appointed monitor turned in a "very damaging report" about her parenting skills. The court-appointed monitor accompanying Britney Spears on visits with her kids has submitted a damaging report about the U.S. pop star's parenting skills. The parenting coach filed the report on October 22, and a source close to the case revealed that the monitor had not done Britney any favours.
The paperwork, filed under seal with Los Angeles Superior Court, stated Spears ignored her monitor, "as if she were some employee whom she could blow off," a source told US magazine.com. As for what made the monitor file such a report, well it seems that it was Britney’s utter lack of respect for her that did the damage. “[Spears, 25] paid her [monitor] no attention or respect at all, as if she were some employee whom she could blow off,” Usmagazine.com quoted the source, as saying. "Britney's often distracted and in her own world when she has the kids and has a hard time focusing," the insider claimed the report said. "She is adamant that she doesn't have to listen to anybody -- that it's her way or the highway."
"She doesn't want all the distractions, whether it’s the paparazzi or whatever else is going on," the insider said. "Britney needs to focus on improving her parenting skills and prove that she really wants these kids."
Britney is now due in court for the custody battle on October 26, sources say that the judge “will not look favorably upon” her.
Just last week only it was reported that Spears lost her visitation rights of her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James to her ex husband Kevin Federline in her custody battle due to the fact that she's not complying with court orders for drug testing. But now the mother of two is reported to have regained temporary visitation rights of her sons.
Report on Britney has regained her visitation rights was first made public by People who obtained the photo of the singer driving around Studio City, Calif. in her white Mercedes convertible with the boys on Saturday October 20th.
Britney had her temporary visitation rights with sons suspended Thursday morning October 18th, accused to have failed to provide contact info to the people who were supposed to conduct the random drug tests.
Everyone knows that Spears was charged with two criminal cases of hit-and-run causing property damages and one of driving without valid Californian driving licence. She has reached financial settlement in the hit-and-run case who who drove into Kim Robard-Rifkin's parked vehicle, in a San Fernando Valley car park on August 6, before driving off - agreed to pay Robard-Rifkin "around $1,000" and will also cover the cost of Robard-Rifkin's rental car, is now hoping the hit-and-run charge will be dropped.
But still she faces the charge of driving without valid Californian driving licence after photographers captured the incident on camera. Meanwhile, Britney's driving is causing more problems after she drove over a photographer's foot on Thursday afternoon (18.10.07). An onlooker said: "You could see the tyre marks of Britney's car on his foot. He was in a lot of pain and was taken to hospital." Following the incident, Britney drove off "without looking back to see what had happened". The 'Toxic' troublemaker also drove into a paparazzi photographer's parked car as she left a party in Hollywood on Monday night (15.10.07).
It is known to everyone that Spears who was officially charaged with hit-and-run and driving without a licence. Now she has some relief that the whole madness involved in the parked car incident may finally be over. Yes, she has made a settlement with the woman, whose car she hit in August, in her hit and run charge.
Briney's lawer announced yesterday that she will settle and pay $1,000 in damages. The media circus and legal fees cost way more than anything else in this case.
The hit and run charges may be dropped because of the settlement, but the driving without a license charges will not.
After the crucial bomb blast in Karachi at Pakistan former prime minister Benazir Bhutto's motorcade on this morning, killing atleast 135 people and injuring over 545 people, leaders accross the world have condemmed the terrorist attack.
The United States said no political cause can justify the murder of innocent people. 'The US condemns the terrorist attacks in Karachi during a peaceful political rally for former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families. There is no political cause that can justify the murder of innocent people,'' the State Department has said in a statement.
On his part the Australian prime minister also condemned stating Al-Qaida could have targeted Bhutto because of her support for the US war on terror and added ''It is a reminder of the evil of Al-Qaida. It is a reminder of how important it is not to concede a victory to them in Iraq or in Afghanistan,'
The European Union's Portuguese presidency also condemned the deadly blasts.
Pakistan General Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz have condemned the attacks. In a statement issued by the state-run news agency, Musharraf said the attacks represented ''a conspiracy against democracy.''
Spears can no longer visit her children. Spear's child visitation rights were revoked by Los Angels court yesterday. According to the order issued by Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon, the pop star cannot visit her two young sons, Sean Preston (2) and Jayden James (1), until she complies with a court order.
The order did not disclose what instructions she had to follow in order to regain visitation privileges, but past orders have included undergoing random weekly drug testing, reports the Associated Press.
The boys are currently in the custody of Spears' ex-husband, Kevin Federline.
Earlier it was reported that Last week after her custody hearing Spears said allegedly that, “I hate my judge,” she growled, according to Us Weekly. “He is so mean. Just an old fart. He told me I was being catty with him, but he was being catty with me and paid me no respect at all.” What does Brit-Brit think a judge does? “His job is to sit there and tell people what to do,” she said, allegedly. “And that’s just so sad, because he gets off on it.”
So everyone think the judge probably has very legit reasons for suspending Britney’s visitation.
Spears who got overnight visits with her kids was heart-broken as she could not get the full custody of her children. Spears reportedly made a phone call to her ex Federline as she jumped into her car and started driving down a Los Angels road. The conversation started off about their custody battle but then Britney screamed,
“I’m going to drive off the cliff! It’s going to be your fault that I killed myself."

The judge wants to know why she threatened to kill herself. The judge heard about it (no doubt from Kevin's attorney) and now wants to know exactly what was said and what drove her to make such an outrageous statement. A source close to Briney said she has been depressed since the judge ordered that she could have only one overnight visit with their children each week and handed over the full custody to Kevin Federline.
Anyway some help needed to Britney before taking up this decision.
Israeli historian Saul Friedlander is the 2007 recipient of the German Book Trade Association Peace Prize, according to the Associated Press.
The Prize, which was awarded at the end of the Frankfurt Book Fair on Sunday, was given to Friedlander in recognition of his narratives documenting the Nazi Holocaust. His best known work is the two-volume collection, The Third Reich and the Jews.
“I can be in the dump of dumpsters and go buy a pair of new shoes, and then it’s okay,” Britney says. “Even if it’s just for the time being, for that moment it’s what I need.”
Like most girls, Britney Spears has her favorite labels, “I like Bebe, Armani Exchange, and Rampage is really cool and cheap. Britney is also known to shop at The Gap.
Psychotherapist Cindy Grant says, “Britney may be going out on exorbitant buying binges as a quick fix to cure her emotional pain.”
In May 2002 when Britney’s parents separated after 30 years of marriage, she went shopping to ease her distress. She bought a bed for $20,000 from Domaine and a $4.5 million estate.
Britney Spears was out last night shopping, with the paparazzi of course, but what's really alarming is what she said to Kevin Federline. In recent gossip surrounding the troubled pop star, it’s been reported that Brit called up ex-husband Kevin Federline and threatened to commit suicide over their latest custody battle developments. As she was granted only one day a week with her sons, she is said to be heart broken.
According to News Of The World sources, an irate Britney screamed at him, “I’m going to drive off the cliff! It’s going to be your fault that I killed myself.
” This is one troubled individual who's craving for more attention. It's not that Britney Spears is addicted to her daily paparazzi attention, but now she's making sure her ex-husband pays attention to her.
So some Help is needed for Britney Spears before she actually does the unthinkable.
Britney Spears has been granted one overnight visit a week with her two sons after attending an emergency court hearing in Los Angeles yesterday. …Spears – who lost full physical custody of her children Sean Preston Federline and Jayden James Federline to ex Kevin Federline on October 1 won modified visitation rules Thursday that allow her two boys to spend one overnight a week with her, and the pop star's attorney requested her mother become the required court-appointed monitor.

Spears made a surprise appearance in court after Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon held a morning hearing on her emergency request to expand visitation but declined to rule.
After Britney Spears lost her bid to alter the conditions of her child custody arrangement to her ex-husband, Kevin Federline on October 1, the pop superstar is allowed monitored visits to see her kids. Spears, who is currently only permitted monitored visits to see Sean Preston, 2, and 1-year-old Jayden James, filed the appeal to emergency court motion to adjust the details of her child visitation rights on Wednesday--just one week after Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon made the decision over the children's custody.
But Federline strongly objects to this move of Spears on thursday dismissing the action as unnecessary and his attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan says, "I don't see any emergency or any new facts (in the case). We are going to oppose this." He also adds that Federline will not be appearing in court on thursday stating his presence is an unwanted motion and adds, "When there is something of substance being addressed, he'll be there."
